Water bills are issued every 3 months and are due by the last day of the month:

Assessment Billing
Assessment bills are issued twice a year and are due by the last day of the month:​

Amount Due is 55 cents per front foot.
* At this time, a special assessment is in place, which includes an extra $10 per month
Late Fees
If payment is not received by the due date:

$25 late fee on Day 1

$1.00 additional per day until paid in full
Water Disconnection Policy
Water may be disconnected 10 days after you receive your bill if the payment remains delinquent.
